In accordance with the Statute of
established goals, tke activities of association are especially
centred on:
keeping records of persons with disability,
obtaining and providing information about existential circumstances
and needs of persons whit disability.
offering help to members in solving social and other difficulties,
improving the mobility and access of information and communication,
and adjusting existing environment,
making an effort to create conditions for increased employment of
persons with disability by means of more efficient professional
orientation, adjustment of the occupations' register to current
technology, and establishment of tax relief for employers who
provide work for persons with disability,
producing adequate information and analysis of socially protective,
health, educational and other needs of persons with disability,
taking part in conception of legislative regulations concerning
social welfare and protection of institutional human rights of
persons with disability,
organizing working, proficient and other meetings and discussions
concerning issues important for persons with disability,
cooperation with local government in solving problems referring to
persons with disability.
making an effort to include all children and young people with
special needs in regular process and system of nurture and education,
making an effort to improve material status of persons with
disability and their families by dispersal of existing and
introducing new kinds of help and financial relieves, organizing and
supporting of social, amusing, cultural, recreational, sport,
creative and other members' activities, coordination with means of
public announcements for extensive occurrence of issues referring to
persons with disability on pages of daily newspapers and periodic,
and in mass media, providing information to members about
association's menagement in official legislative papers, science,
technique, health care, and social welfare and others that is
relevant to persons with disability, and cooperation with other
associations alike, such as institutions, services and bodies which
in their function have concepts important for persons with
disability.
The financing of association's activities is not thoroughly solved.
Expenses for rent, electricity, central-heating, telephone, mail and
similar costs are mainly paid from membership's fees, while other
activities are paid from donations, gifts and different kinds of
donator's help. Without that kind of help and other benefactors, the
association wouldn't be able to function. Therefore this cry for
help!

support,
membership in te association,
social approach in solving
issues concerning disability, promotion of both principles of
integrated nurture and education and equal opportunities for
employment of persons with disability,
supporting the system of social
security for persons with special needs, making an effort in
providing equal opportunities and rightful contribution of
persons with disability in the life of community. Encouragements
for donating are primarily your love for the next of kind and
distinguished feeling for humanity and good heartedness, but
also tax regulations (Law on income tax - NN number 127/00)
which allow you to include into expenses of tax period the
donations as high as 2% of realized income of the last year.
Tax basis becomes a reduced amount for donation in cheque or in
money put on account number od association for cultural,
educational, health, humanitarian, sport, religious or other
purposes.
